Position Summary The Carts & Chippers team member plays an important role in supporting daily operations and enhancing the guest experience. This position is responsible for safely operating and maintaining carts used to transport guests and equipment, while providing friendly and responsive service. This role helps ensure a safe, efficient, and enjoyable environment for all guests. Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Operate carts safely to transport guests and equipment throughout the property • Provide friendly, responsive customer service and assist guests as needed • Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on carts • Ensure carts are clean, fueled/charged, and in proper working condition • Assist with event setup and breakdown, including equipment transport • Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly • Work collaboratively with team members to support smooth operations Minimum Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Ability to lift and carry equipment as needed Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service • Familiarity with operating electric or gas-powered carts • Basic mechanical skills for minor equipment maintenance Skills & Competencies • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills • Attention to detail and commitment to safety • Effective communication and teamwork skills • Ability to work independently and stay organized • Basic mechanical aptitude (preferred)
