Holiday Rush Golf Club Assembly Technician

Do you like sports and enjoy hands-on work? Join Flynn Golf as a Seasonal Golf Club Assembler and help us through our busy holiday season. You will play a key role in assembling high-quality golf clubs for junior players around the world. No previous golf club assembly experience is required. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training. This is a seasonal position intended to support our increased production volume leading up to Christmas. It is a good fit for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, comfortable working with their hands, and able to maintain accuracy in production. Responsibilities Assist in the assembly of golf clubs according to specifications and quality standards Prep and organize clubheads and components for customer orders Measure and cut golf shafts to specified finished lengths Install grips using grip tape and solvent with proper alignment Perform preliminary quality-control checks Package completed orders for shipment Maintain precision and attention to detail throughout the assembly process Follow build specifications and established assembly procedures Work with other team members to meet holiday production demand Learn and apply golf club assembly techniques through hands-on training Assist with other light production and fulfillment tasks as needed during the holiday rush Requirements Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Strong attention to detail Dependable and punctual Ability to follow detailed instructions consistently Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality Comfortable performing repetitive hands-on assembly work Ability to work well independently and as part of a small team Willingness to learn new skills and techniques Consistent availability during the holiday production period No prior golf industry or club-building experience is necessary. Training is provided. Experience with tools, assembly, manufacturing, mechanical work, sporting goods, woodworking, automotive work, or similar hands-on activities is helpful.
