Housekeeping Attendant - Private Golf Club

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at a private club located in Weston, Massachusetts. This full-time position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-presented environment for our members and employees. Position Type: Full-Time, Hourly Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM. ***Additional overtime may be available or required on Sundays and holidays based on club events and seasonal needs.*** Pay: $20-24 per hour, based on experience Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of member dining areas, locker rooms, lobbies, function rooms, restrooms, and other club facilities. Vacuum carpets; sweep and mop floors; and clean/polish furniture, fixtures, railings, glass surfaces, and windows. Monitor and replenish locker room amenities, paper products, soaps, fresh towels, and other supplies throughout the day. Collect, wash, dry, fold, and restock towels and linens. Assist with setup and cleanup for club functions, tournaments, holiday gatherings, and other events. Set up and break down tables, chairs, beverage stations, and other function-room equipment as needed. Empty wastebaskets and recycling bins and transport trash to disposal areas. Regularly inspect assigned areas for maintenance concerns or safety hazards and promptly report issues to management. Assist with additional housekeeping and facility-related duties as needed to support club operations. Qualifications & Skills Dependability: Must be punctual, reliable, and able to consistently report for a 6:00 AM shift. Experience: Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in hospitality, private clubs, hotels, or high-end residential environments is preferred. Professionalism: Must maintain a courteous and professional demeanor when working around members. Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the Club. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; bend, reach, and climb ladders up to 8 feet; and regularly lift or carry approximately 25–50 pounds. Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required- will operate a golf cart to travel the property.
