Experience Required

1-2 years golf services or assistant professional experience at a high-end private golf club.

Essential Responsibilities

Assist the Head Golf Professional with the daily management and execution of all golf operations.

Oversee daily golf services operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and a consistent member and guest experience.

Develop and manage weekly golf services staff schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage for golf shop and outside operations.

Coordinate daily caddie assignments, prioritizing continuity of service for members and guests during multi-day visits.

Assist with the planning, organization, and execution of member tournaments, outings, and special events.

Supervise, train, and mentor golf services employees, promoting professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.

Manage daily outside operations, including practice facilities, golf cart operations, equipment preparation, and overall facility presentation.

Anticipate staffing needs based on tee sheets, group reservations, and tournament schedules, adjusting assignments to accommodate changing demand.

Assist with golf shop operations, including merchandising, point-of-sale transactions, member services, and daily administrative responsibilities.

Support the Head Golf Professional in maintaining operational efficiency, staff development, and the overall quality of the golf experience at CapRock Ranch.
