The General Manager role at The Club at Frisco Farms is pivotal for the overall success of the club. This leadership position requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong initiative, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments to meet and exceed operational and financial goals. The General Manager oversees all facets of the club including golf operations, food and beverage, sales, merchandising, and agronomy, ensuring seamless coordination among these departments. This role is responsible for creating and executing both short-term and long-term strategic plans that align with corporate revenue and marketing objectives.
In addition to operational oversight, the General Manager is charged with talent development, ensuring the recruitment, retention, and leadership of a skilled and motivated team. This position demands strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the capacity to build lasting relationships with members, guests, and staff alike.
Furthermore, the General Manager ensures compliance with local, state, and federal laws as well as Arcis Golf’s national programs related to players clubs, beverage and menu standards, and inventory control. Monitoring financial forecasts, staffing, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency daily and weekly are critical functions of this role to achieve profitability and sustain high performance.

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in golf, service or hospitality industry preferred
• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university preferred
