Golf Retail Customer Experience Specialist

Golf & Tennis Pro Shop, Inc. d/b/a PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our store team. You will interact with customers in the Cashier Area and Club Desk, process transactions, returns, exchanges, and gift cards while promoting promotions and loyalty rewards. You will provide product information, assist with lesson redemptions, and stay informed about current promotions to enhance the customer experience.
