Club also has two large banquet rooms, conference facilities, member apartments, and guest accommodations. We are hiring full-time Stewards to join our Banquet Culinary Team. This position is responsible for maintaining overall cleanliness of kitchen and kitchen equipment while following strict sanitation procedures.
Performing heavy cleaning of kitchen area Performing proper procedures in operating, cleaning and changing chemicals in the dishwashing machines. A minimum of 6 months Kitchen Stewarding experience or position related to food services in a fast paced and busy hospitality environment, preferred Work schedule: must be able to work weekends, late nights, holidays and AM or PM shifts, as needed Available to work flexible shifts and extended hours when needed Must be able to communicate & interact professionally with Members & employees in basic English language Frequent walking to collect or deliver goods in various kitchens and/or reception areas (buffet set ups) Regular use of kitchen cleaning products and household chemicals Must be able to tolerate loud noise, heat and steam from the dishwashing machines Must be able to bend and reach from floor up to 6 feet 17.00 hourly compensation Access to lifestyle discount program and employee assistance program (EAP)
