Preferred Qualifications
Certificate, Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in Turfgrass Management, Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field preferred1-4+ years of golf course maintenance experience consideredAdditional experience may offset educational requirementsPrevious leadership or supervisory experience preferredStrong understanding of warm-season turfgrass management principlesExperience with irrigation systems and water management practices preferredStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysValid driver’s license

About Us
Mira Vista Country Club is one of Fort Worth’s premier private country clubs, featuring an 18-hole championship golf course originally designed by renowned architect Tom Weiskopf. In 2024-2025, the club completed a transformative $21 million golf course renovation led by Andy Staples that reimagined the entire 150-acre property.
The renovation included reconstruction of all greens, tees, and bunkers, installation of a new Rain Bird IC two-wire irrigation system, a new pump station, extensive drainage improvements, and significant infrastructure enhancements designed to improve long-term playability, sustainability, and maintenance efficiency.
Today, Mira Vista manages approximately 3 acres of TifEagle ultradwarf Bermuda greens, 75 acres of TifTuf Bermuda playing surfaces, and 35 acres of native coastal Bermuda, providing an exceptional environment for turfgrass professionals seeking to advance their careers.
