Senior Golf Course Grounds Manager

The Naperville Park District seeks a highly experienced Superintendent of Golf Grounds to oversee the maintenance, operation, and ongoing improvement of our golf courses under the Director of Golf. You will apply advanced agronomy and turf grass management knowledge, lead budgeting and capital planning, supervise staff, manage contractors, and ensure safe, high-quality playing conditions across all properties.
