About the Role
Position: Golf Course Maintenance Worker, Blackwolf Run - (req72012) Golf Course Maintenance Worker, Blackwolf RunLocation: Kohler, WIJob type: Part‑time seasonal position, shifts primarily 5:00 am–1:00 pm, weekdays & weekends.ResponsibilitiesMaintain putting and tee surfaces: hand mowing, ball mark repair, topdressing, rotating placement markers, aerification.Maintain fairway surfaces: divot and general area clean up, hand‑trimming drain tiles, yardage plates and sprinkler heads.Maintain manicured roughs, bunker areas, & cart paths: string trimming, fly mowing, hand sweeping/blowing.General maintenance & labor: shoveling, raking, sweeping, painting, equipment cleaning.Operate power equipment: hand‑mowers, reel and rotary type, walking top dressers and aerifiers, string‑trimmer, bunker rake (sand pro), hand and walking blowers, light and medium duty utility vehicles.Skills / RequirementsAbility to work in all weather conditions.Physical strength and stamina to perform specified duties (e.g. bending, stooping, kneeling, walking) for extended periods.Must be able to lift 50 pounds and use hand and power tools as necessary.Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.CompensationThe hourly rate ranges from $10.70 to $16.00, subject to factors such as education and work location.BenefitsBenefits include competitive salary, health, vision, dental, and a 401(k) with company matching.Equal Employment OpportunityIt is Kohler’s policy to recruit, hire, and promote qualified personnel in all job classifications without regard to race, creed, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, national origin, disability or status as a protected veteran.
