Overview Glen Eagle Golf Club is seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer-service-oriented Seasonal Full-Time Assistant Golf Professional to join our Golf Operations team. This position plays a vital role in the day-to-day management of the golf shop, outside services, tournament operations, and instructional programs. The ideal candidate is passionate about the game of golf, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow within the golf industry. Experience Required PGA Associate or desire to pursue PGA Membership preferred Previous golf operations experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and tournament operations Experience with golf POS systems (GolfNow, ForeUp, etc.) is a plus Positive attitude and strong work ethic required Essential Responsibilities Assist in the daily management of golf shop operations Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests Coordinate and execute tournaments, leagues, and club events Manage tee sheet utilizing POS system Assist with merchandising, inventory control, and retail displays Support outside service staff with pace of play and player assistance Provide private and group golf instruction (when applicable) Enforce club policies and maintain a professional atmosphere Assist with junior golf programs and player development initiatives Maintain cleanliness and organization of golf shop and practice areas Benefits Competitive hourly wage Lesson income opportunities Playing privileges Pro shop discounts Professional development opportunities Opportunity for future full-time advancement
