Cart Attendant

Troon provides a hospitality-focused golf environment where team members support daily golf operations and deliver superior guest service. The golf operations team helps maintain the cart fleet, support player needs, assist with tournaments, and ensure course policies and procedures are followed.
Role and Responsibilities of Cart Attendant:
As a Cart Attendant, you will support the golf operations team by maintaining golf carts, assisting guests, preparing carts for player use, and helping keep the cart barn organized. You will report directly to the General Manager or Golf Shop Supervisor and complete duties as directed.
Maintain a professional appearance while working with guests and team members.Bring carts from the cart barn in the morning and return carts to the cart barn at the end of the day.Clean, water, and check carts after each use.Restock carts as required.Clean and maintain the cart barn.Ensure carts are available for player use at all times.Receive and communicate complaints to the Golf Shop.Work closely with Golf Shop staff to prepare and conduct golf tournaments.Implement and support course policies and programs as communicated by management.Gas carts, wash and wax carts, and remove trash from carts.Store and lock carts at the end of the day.Use equipment and tools properly and safely.Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager.Required Skills and Experience of Cart Attendant:
Strong customer and guest orientation.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Dependable work style.Valid driver's license.Friendly personality and enjoyment working with the public.Ability to learn and enforce course policies, rules, and regulations.Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.Ability to work closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.Regular and reliable attendance.Ability to thrive in a hospitality environment.Strong focus on providing superior service.Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of the rules of golf is preferred.Compensation and Benefits of Cart Attendant:
Pay rate of $15.00-$16.00 per hour.Employees age 19+ are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan.All employees are eligible to participate in the Employee Assistance Program.Employees working 30-34 hours meet eligibility for healthcare.About Troon:
