The Restaurant Manager plays a key leadership role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for members and guests. This individual is highly visible on the floor, focused on training and developing service staff, maintaining elevated service standards, and building meaningful relationships with members.
This role requires a hands-on leader who leads by example, fosters professionalism, supports team success, and collaborates closely with all departments to ensure a seamless and high-quality member experience. A leader who thrives on the floor, not behind a desk.
Requirements:
Actively manage daily dining operations with a strong presence on the floor during lunch and dinner serviceEnsure consistent execution of service standards and an elevated member experienceLead by example in professionalism, appearance, and hospitalityTrain, coach, and mentor front-of-house staff to uphold service excellenceDevelop ongoing training programs focused on service standards, product knowledge, and member engagementProvide real-time feedback and performance coaching to team membersBuild strong relationships with members by being visible, approachable, and engagedAnticipate member needs and resolve concerns promptly and professionallyCreate a welcoming, personalized dining experience that encourages repeat usage of Club amenitiesSupport staff during service by assisting where needed and ensuring smooth operationsCommunicate effectively with kitchen, events, and management teams to deliver seamless serviceAssist in scheduling, staffing, and maintaining proper service levelsUphold all Club policies, service standards, and appearance guidelinesEnsure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all dining areas and barsMaintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environmentQualifications
5+ years of experience in restaurant or club service managementStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsPassion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest/member experiencesProven ability to train, develop, and motivate a teamHands-on, team-first mentality with a willingness to be actively involved in serviceAbility to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and composureBenefits:
