Weekend Online Sales Associate

About the position The Online Fitting & Support team plays an important role in delivering a best-in-class customer experience to 2nd Swing ecommerce customers. This in-office role supports customers through online chat, providing knowledgeable and timely assistance with product questions, orders, and other ecommerce needs. This is an in-office role in Bloomington, MN with weekend shift requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of golf and golf equipment, excellent customer service skills, and strong written communication abilities. Being an avid golfer is preferred, but a solid understanding of golf equipment is required. The ability to manage multiple customer conversations, learn quickly, and maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment is essential.
