Indian Creek Country Club in Miami, Florida, is seeking an exceptional Head Equipment Manager to oversee maintenance, shop operations, budgeting, inventory, and technician development for a multi-million dollar fleet.Reporting to the Director of Agronomy, the candidate will lead a team through a post-fire recovery, plan a future facility, and drive preventive maintenance, data-driven recordkeeping, and vendor management to keep the golf operation premier.
