Dining
The Woodcreek Club experience extends far beyond the playing fields. The Club’s expansive 12,000 square-foot clubhouse provides the perfect setting to unwind and connect. Members get the opportunity to savor exquisite meals with breathtaking views at the full-service dining facilities while taking in the stunning views from the 1st and 18th holes
Golf
The course was designed by the legendary Tom Fazio, renowned for its character, demanding focus and precision while creating scenic vistas. The course weaves through a stunning landscape, featuring mature hardwoods, serene wetlands, rolling hills, and natural lakes and streams.
Tennis & Aquatics
Woodcreek Club offers the perfect setting for tennis, no matter the season. The Club’s facilities boast four immaculate lighted clay courts and two hard courts, all meticulously maintained for optimal playing conditions.

Position Overview
Title: Director of Food & Beverage
Reports to: Head Chef
Works Closely With: Director of Golf Operations, Club Leadership Team, Event & Tournament Staff, Culinary Team
Position Description: The Woodcreek Club is seeking an energetic, service-oriented, and hands-on Director of Food & Beverage to lead the daily front-of-house operations of our Food & Beverage team. This individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences, developing staff, maintaining service standards, and helping build a culture of accountability and hospitality within a growing private club environment.
The Director of Food & Beverage will report directly to the Head Chef and work in close partnership with the culinary team to ensure seamless dining experience for members and guests. While responsible for front-of-house leadership, this individual will serve as a collaborative partner in the overall success of the Food & Beverage operation, helping align services, communication, staffing, and
member satisfaction goals.
The ideal candidate will be a visible leader who values teamwork, takes ownership of member experiences, and is committed to helping elevate Woodcreek's dining program as an integral part of the club experience.
Essential Job Functions
Member Experience
Deliver a consistently exceptional dining experience for members and guests. Build relationships with members and proactively address service concerns. Ensure all service interactions reflect the club's hospitality standards. Maintain a visible leadership presence throughout dining operations.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, schedule, and develop front-of-house staff. Establish a culture of accountability, professionalism, and teamwork. Conduct ongoing coaching and performance evaluations. Lead daily pre-shift meetings and staff communication efforts.
Culinary Partnership
Work collaboratively with the Head Chef to align front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Facilitate communication between service staff and kitchen staff. Assist in the planning and execution of member events, specialty dinners, and club functions. Support menu launches and food & beverage programming initiatives. Partner with the Head Chef to continually improve member satisfaction and dining consistency.
Club Leadership
Participate in department head meetings and cross-department collaboration. Support club-wide events, tournaments, and member functions. Contribute ideas and solutions that improve overall club operations.
Experience And Qualifications
Including, but not limited to, the following:
A Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year university or college is desirable, preferably in Hospitality Management. In lieu of the degree – substantial high-end, private club or hospitality experience preferred. Strong wine knowledge/sommelier education preferred Minimum of 3 years of Food and Beverage management experience with responsibility for departmental P/L, revenues of over $1 million, and 30+ employees.
