About Tee Time Anywhere

Tee Time Anywhere is a mobile golf simulator company that brings an interactive golf experience directly to private parties, corporate events, breweries, wineries, community events, and other venues throughout Frederick County and the surrounding area.

Our mobile setup allows guests to play golf courses, compete in closest to the pin and long drive contests, practice on the driving range, and enjoy a variety of interactive golf games.

We are a growing local business looking to add two dependable, personable part time team members who can help us deliver a great experience for our customers and their guests.

About the Position

This is a flexible, event based position rather than a traditional fixed weekly schedule. Team members will help transport, set up, operate, and break down our mobile golf simulator at scheduled events.

Hours will vary based on our event calendar and will typically average approximately 5 to 10 hours per week. Some weeks may include additional hours, while others may have few or no scheduled events.

Events are generally booked in advance, and team members will typically receive at least one to two weeks of notice for available shifts, with many events scheduled further in advance.

This position can be a great fit for someone looking for supplemental income around another job, school, or other commitments.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

Traveling to and from event locations with the Tee Time Anywhere team Loading, unloading, setting up, and breaking down golf simulator equipment Operating the golf simulator during events Greeting guests and explaining how the simulator works Helping participants select games, courses, competitions, and other activities Providing friendly and professional customer service throughout events Keeping the simulator area clean, organized, and safe Troubleshooting basic equipment or simulator issues Assisting with other event related responsibilities as needed

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

Dependable and punctual Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with customers Located in or near Frederick County, Maryland Available for a flexible event schedule, including some evenings and weekends Comfortable using basic technology Able to assist with moving, loading, and setting up event equipment Responsible and capable of working independently when needed Professional and customer focused

Golf knowledge or experience is helpful, but it is not required. We will train the right candidates on the simulator, equipment, and event setup process.

Schedule

This is an as needed, event based position with no guaranteed or fixed weekly schedule.

Team members should generally expect approximately 5 to 10 hours per week on average, depending on the event calendar.

Most shifts will take place at scheduled events throughout Frederick County and the surrounding area. Evening and weekend availability will be important for many events.

Compensation

$18.00 per hour

Travel time associated with working Tee Time Anywhere events is included in paid hours.
