Job description Job description Job Summary: Tennis Pro Shop Weekend Attendant. If you are super friendly and love being around and serving others in a fun environment you will want to check this position out. The Club: Founded in 1912, Lakewood Country Club is located less than ten minutes from downtown Dallas in the highly desirable Lakewood area.The Club has 1,150 Members, with an extensive waitlist in all categories of membership.Education and/or Experience Experience in customer service and retailEye for detailTennis background is preferredJob Tasks/Duties Typical schedule @ 8:00 AM-6:00PM Saturday and Sundays. This is a year around position.Handles court reservations accurately and enters them on reservation system.Answers all incoming telephone calls.Assists Member and Guests with special merchandise orders.Sells equipment, apparel and other stock supplied in the Tennis Shop.Directs players to sign-up sheets and events and clinicsReplenish stock and arranges merchandiseWorks with vendors and assists the Tennis Director with merchandise buyingProper charging of Members and Guests for department servicesCompensation The Club offers a competitive wage commensurate with qualifications and experience.
