Ironwood Country Club – Palm Desert, California Ironwood Country Club is seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly motivated Director of Instruction to lead and elevate the Club’s golf instruction programs. This individual will develop a comprehensive instructional platform for golfers of all skill levels while delivering an exceptional experience consistent with the standards of a premier private country club. The ideal candidate combines exceptional teaching ability with strong program development, communication, technology, and member-service skills. The Director of Instruction will provide outstanding individual instruction while creating engaging clinics, schools, player-development programs, and other opportunities for Ironwood membership.
