QUALIFICATIONS:
Must pass a criminal records check (BCI and FBI)
Pupil Activity Permit Certification
Prior coaching experience with head coaching preferred
Strong organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively with both students and adults
Knowledge of techniques, workouts, and training methods
Coordinate daily practice schedule
Understanding and willingness to spend the necessary time to build a successful program
Willingness to work as a team
Demonstrate ability to motivate and coach high school athletes
Willingness to work closely with the Athletic Director to carry out goals and objectives of Athletic Department
