Food and Beverage Supervisor

Responsibilities Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent member experiences Lead, train, and develop staff members in food preparation, serving techniques, POS systems (including Club Essential POS), and member service standards Manage inventory control processes to minimize waste and optimize stock levels while maintaining accurate food handling records Oversee shift management, including scheduling, and ensuring adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards Coordinate with kitchen management on food production, culinary standards, and catering events to deliver high-quality dishes consistently Implement staff training programs focused on hospitality management, food safety protocols, and operational excellence Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to uphold our reputation for outstanding service Experience Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment with a focus on food service management Hands-on experience with POS systems for order processing and sales tracking Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams, conducting interviews, training staff, and fostering a positive work environment Experience working in various dining settings including casual dining, fine dining, banquet services, or hotel restaurants is highly desirable Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
