This role is ideal for a professional who: • Wants hands-on involvement, not just clipboard management • Is eager to grow into a Head Superintendent role • Thrives in a team-driven, standards-focused environment Key Responsibilities • Assist in the daily maintenance and conditioning of all turf areas • Supervise, train, and motivate the grounds maintenance team • Help plan and execute cultural practices, projects, and renovations • Monitor turf health, irrigation, moisture management, and chemical applications • Participate in budgeting, planning, and inventory management • Play an active role in safety, compliance, and best practices • Step into leadership when the Superintendent is away
