The Cook position, reporting directly to the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef, is essential to the culinary team, responsible for setting up, maintaining, and breaking down all food preparation activities across all dining outlets and special event settings within the club. This role is perfect for culinary professionals who are passionate about a variety of cuisines including French, Italian, Middle Eastern, Asian, and Thai, and who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. The cook will work closely with management to ensure that all food preparation meets the club’s quality and safety standards, while simultaneously supporting training and development initiatives for kitchen staff. This position is available at multiple levels (Cook 1 through Cook 3 and Lead Cook), which allows for career progression based on experience, skills, and expertise in specialized culinary stations.

High school diploma or GED
culinary degree preferred
1-3 years experience as line cook for level 1, 3-5 for level 2, 5+ for level 3 and lead
ServSafe sanitation certification
skilled in French, Italian, Middle Eastern, Asian and Thai cuisines
ability to operate independently in multiple cooking stations
ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
ability to communicate in English
ability to stand for long periods
ability to bend, stoop, lift, and carry items up to 25 lbs, up to 50 lbs with assistance
ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
