Golf Club Fitting Office Admin - Front Desk Scheduling

Cool Clubs is hiring for a full-time Office Administrator! This position will work five days per week, Monday through Saturday (Sundays off, plus one day off during the week). Customary work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm but may be extended as work level dictates.

Position Summary:

Our Office Administrator is responsible for handling an array of front-facing duties. Some tasks include interacting with customers, answering phones, assisting fitters and scheduling fitting appointments. Throughout these interactions, they must maintain a high level of professionalism and present Cool Clubs in the best light possible.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Front of House:

Greet all customers who enter the store in a friendly and welcoming wayAnswer phones and manage general voicemail boxBook fittings and help manage fitting calendarAssist fitters with maintaining customer info and recordsAssist fitters with customer packets and documentationContact customers and manage pick-up closetAssist with general cleanliness of the storeOrder Tracking:

Fluently understand order tracking systemProvide order updates to customers as neededUpdate system as needed (pick-ups, notes, etc.)Back of House:

Assist with ordering front of house suppliesOther Duties:

Help management with marketing campaigns (content, etc.)Help fitters stay organizedUtilize all safety protocols and equipment as set forth by the employee handbook and company policiesRequired Job Skills:

Highly organizedProficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and Point-of-sale (POS) SystemsPreferred Job Skills (not required):
