Responsibilities
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the concession area, including food handling and bussing duties
Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with food prep tasks in the kitchen or café setting
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly
Follow all food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests
