About the Role: The Golf Beverage Service Attendant plays a vital role in delivering outstanding service and enhancing the experience of our members and guests on the golf course. This position involves proactively engaging with patrons, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service as per Invited's standards.
• Greet members by name and introduce yourself to guests with a friendly attitude.
• Ensure timely beverage coverage throughout assigned areas on the golf course.
• Assist guests with requests and maintain a clean environment.
• Prepare the beverage cart with necessary supplies before service begins.
• Safely operate the golf cart and adhere to all policies to ensure safety.
• Process payments accurately and manage daily transactions.
• Document and report any product spills and waste.
• Maintain knowledge of products and upsell when possible.
• Communicate effectively about special requests or food quality issues.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, cleaning the beverage cart after each shift.
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure exceptional service.
• Address member or guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Observe golf etiquette and approach groups respectfully.

Qualifications:
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred.
• Certification in alcohol and food safety awareness.
• A valid driver's license to operate a golf cart.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to ethical work standards.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
• Able to work in various temperatures and environments.
• Effective communication skills with sufficient visual and auditory acuity.
Work Schedule: Flexibility in hours is necessary, including weekends and holidays.
