Golf Maintenance General Labor Golf Operations | Full-Time | Outdoor Position Work Outdoors. Maintain a Beautiful Course. Be Part of the Golf Experience. Join our Golf Course Maintenance team and help maintain the beauty, playability, and exceptional appearance of our golf course. As a Golf Course Maintenance Technician, you'll work alongside the Golf Course Superintendent and maintenance team to care for turf, landscaping, and course grounds. Your work will directly contribute to the condition and presentation of the course our golfers experience every day. This is a hands-on outdoor position ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, operating equipment, working as part of a team, and taking pride in maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. JOB DESCRIPTION: Mow and trim turf and grass areas throughout the golf course Assist with landscaping, planting, watering, weeding, and flower-bed maintenance Operate and properly care for golf course maintenance equipment Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment Monitor course conditions and report turf, pest, irrigation, or equipment concerns Assist with irrigation and general grounds maintenance Support seasonal landscaping and golf course improvement projects Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Work collaboratively with the Golf Course Superintendent and maintenance team REQUIRED SKILLS Required: Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work Ability to work in varying weather conditions Ability to safely operate or learn to operate grounds-maintenance equipment Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions Preferred: Previous golf course maintenance experience Landscaping or groundskeeping experience Experience operating mowers, trimmers, or other landscaping equipment Knowledge of turf management Irrigation experience Experience with planting, pruning, weeding, or general landscape maintenance Pesticide application or turf-management certification Experience working with commercial landscaping or grounds-maintenance equipment Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Schedule: 10 hour shift 8 hour shift Ability to commute/relocate: Boca Raton, FL 33432: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.50 - $21.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Ability to Commute: Boca Raton, FL 33432 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Boca Raton, FL 33432: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
