The Assistant Gold Professional oversees the daily golf operations of the Golf Shop, outside services and tournament functions. The Assistant Golf Professional should have demonstrated experience of excellent human and public relations skills. This person will act on behalf of the Director of Golf when absent.
Specific responsibilities include:
Coordinating group golf eventsAssisting the Catering and Sales staffing any golf related functionsParticipating in pre-conference meetingsAssisting the Director of Golf in the hiring and training of Golf Shop and Customer Services AreasMaintaining a neat and orderly physical plantManaging the tee sheet and inform the Golf Shop of special rules for play that dayProviding competent golf instructions to all groups and individuals, regardless of their level of playAssisting the Director of Golf in the budgeting processAssisting the Director of Golf and Pro-Shop Manager in buying apparel, equipment, and accessoriesAdvising the Director of Golf of course conditions if a change is noticedHyatt associates work in an environment that demands exceptional performance yet reaps great rewards.

Qualifications
Ability to teach group and individual lessonsAbility to portray the image required of a Head Golf ProfessionalService orientedOutgoing personality and genuine interest in golfers and their pursuit of the gameDedication to the game of golf and determination to achieve Class A statusComputer and basic accounting skillsWage range of $21 to $23 (Hourly)Apply
