Financial Controller

Responsibilities The Controller oversees all financial operations, including budgeting, financial analysis, and compliance. This role plays a key part in capital planning and collaborating with the leadership team to ensure financial strategies align with the club's goals. Additionally, the Controller will mentor staff and engage with members to maintain transparency and trust.

Qualifications Ideal candidates have at least 10 years of financial management experience, preferably in the hospitality or private club industry, with strong leadership and communication skills. A CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
