Experienced Grill Cook

We are currently seeking an experienced Grill Cook to join our kitchen team.

EXTENSIVE PROFESSIONAL GRILL EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. This position requires someone who is highly comfortable working a busy grill station, cooking proteins accurately to temperature, managing multiple orders at once, and maintaining consistency during high-volume service.

Schedule:

Wednesday through Sunday

8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Monday & Tuesday off

Responsibilities include:

Operating and maintaining a professional grill station Cooking steaks, burgers, chicken, fish, and other proteins to proper temperatures Managing multiple tickets efficiently during busy service Maintaining consistent quality and presentation Proper food handling, sanitation, and station organization Completing daily prep and maintaining a clean work area Working professionally with the culinary team

We are looking for someone who is dependable, experienced, organized, and confident on the grill.

Extensive grill experience is mandatory. Candidates without significant professional grill experience will not be considered.
