Trull Brook Golf Course is a public golf course located in Tewksbury, MA along the Merrimack River. We are looking for motivated, hard-working, and responsible individuals to join our maintenance team. The work schedule typically is 6 days/week 5:00AM-1:00PM on weekdays and 5:00AM-9:00AM on weekends but may vary due to weather or events.

What You'll Do

Operate mowers, trimmers, and other turf equipment to maintain greens, tees, fairways, and roughs. Assist with bunker raking, edging, and sand maintenance. Perform course setup duties, including moving tee markers and changing hole locations. Water and fertilize turf areas as directed. Help with seasonal projects such as aeration, overseeding, and topdressing. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.

What You'll Bring A strong work ethic and reliability—early mornings are part of the job. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Comfort using basic landscaping or groundskeeping tools and equipment (training provided). Team-player attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
