Warehouse Associate

The Indoor Golf Shop is expanding, and we're looking for a full-time Warehouse & Production Associate to join our team in Celina, TX. This role is responsible for receiving, processing, organizing, and shipping inventory while supporting daily warehouse and production operations. Job Duties & Responsibilities Process, package, and ship customer orders accurately and efficientlyOrganize inventory and maintain accurate stock levelsInspect products for defects or damageExamine incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracyReceive, unload, and properly store inventoryVerify and fulfill customer orders and invoicesOrganize and maintain warehouse spaceOperate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucksAssist with production activities, including cutting, assembly, and sewing-related tasks as neededFollow all company safety, quality, and operational proceduresMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentContribute ideas to improve warehouse and production processes Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of warehouse experienceReceiving and inventory management experienceForklift experience (certification preferred)Ability to operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipmentStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workdayAbility to work in varying warehouse temperatures, including periods exceeding 105°FCommitment to workplace safety and quality standards Preferred Qualifications Experience operating circular blade cutting equipmentExperience with table saws and CNC machinesExperience in a production or industrial sewing environmentKnowledge of materials, nylon products, and sewing processesExperience using warehouse management or inventory systems Why Work at The Indoor Golf Shop?
