About Fairmount Country Club

FCC was established in 1958 and is a well-regarded family-oriented Country Club in Northern New Jersey. Currently, Fairmount has over 300 full memberships while also maintaining a current waitlist leaving the Club exceptionally well-positioned within the market. Food and Beverage amenities include two dining outlets and three full-service bars, one of which was recently renovated in 2019.

About the Role

FCC is seeking a creative, energetic Food and Beverage oriented individual with strong beverage acumen to oversee beverage operations within a respective area of the Club. Ideal candidates should be proficient with bar, have prior experience with mixology, and, most importantly, demonstrate a passion for hospitality and enjoy working with people. Prior experience in private Clubs will be viewed in a favorable light.

Qualifications:

Good knowledge of cocktails is essential.

Work a busy restaurant for two or more meal periods.

Track and maintain bar stock and inventory.

Good with computer point of sales systems

Knowledge of wine a plus.

Excellent customer service skills.

Previous Country Club experience a plus

Be able to lift, reach, bend and stoop

Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
