Maintenance Technician

Maintain hotel, pool, and common areas, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities, using hand tools. Respond to guest requests (in a courteous, efficient, safe manner) for service according to company policy. Keep records of rooms completed. Perform preventive maintenance and necessary repairs and all hotel equipment, including kitchen, plumbing, pool, HVAC, electrical and guest rooms. Make rounds of the hotel property to ensure everything is in working order. Clean and maintain all equipment and work areas. Complete work order request forms on a daily and timely basis. Report any unsafe conditions to leadership. Stay accessible to Front Desk and General Manager Learn emergency procedures Understand and use specifications. Climb and balance self. Lift and move materials and products.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
