The club offers championship golf courses and a full range of athletic facilities.Job Summary The Sports Club Director (SCD) oversees all Sports Club operations to ensure delivery of professional, high‑quality, safe and innovative aquatics, fitness, racquet sports and youth programs to membership. This high‑profile position has a broad range of responsibilities and works with all areas of the club, including membership, food and beverage, and golf.Day‑to‑Day ResponsibilitiesWork with the General Manager to create quarterly strategic sales plans.Achieve quarterly and yearly Sports Club goals set forth by the company.Conduct weekly sales meetings and create monthly performance reviews to recognize individual performance.Maximize sales volume and personnel of all related departments.Audit offerings to ensure the quality and diversity of program offerings.Supervise, recruit, interview, hire, and train all positions within the department.Review payroll and revenue daily to confirm accuracy.Ensure exceptional customer service by staff through the development and implementation of training and staff incentive programs, and continuing education opportunities to improve the department.About YouBachelor’s degree in the health, fitness, sports, or wellness industry.Previous operations, management, or supervisory experience.Demonstrated marketing and sales experience.Previous managerial experience, including budgeting (revenue generation, expense control), business planning (strategic and operational), and the ability to develop and implement operational systems.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Service‑forward attitude and ability to engage members in programs.Self‑motivated, takes initiative with a strong work ethic.Well‑organized and detail‑oriented.Compensation PackageCompetitive Salary Range; Commissions on Lessons; Bonus Potential; Comprehensive Benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision; 401(k) Retirement Plan; Ongoing Training and Development.Invited is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.The job posting outlines the general requirements for this position and is not a comprehensive list of duties, responsibilities, or requirements.
