Beverage Cart & Food Service Attendant

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and energetic Beverage Cart & Food Service Attendant to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, and is comfortable assisting with both on-course beverage service and food service operations.

You will help create a great experience for our guests by providing prompt, friendly service, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining clean and organized work areas, and supporting events and daily food and beverage operations.

Responsibilities

Serve beverages, snacks, and food items to guests both on the golf course and in food service areas. Operate the beverage cart while providing friendly and attentive service to golfers. Prepare and serve food and beverage items according to established standards. Process sales accurately using POS systems and handle cash and credit card transactions. Assist with banquet, catering, and special event setup, service, and breakdown as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of beverage carts, kitchen areas, dining areas, and workstations. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures. Restock beverages, food items, and supplies as needed throughout each shift. Communicate with kitchen and food service staff to help ensure timely service. Answer guest questions and provide excellent customer service. Promote and suggest available food and beverage items when appropriate. Assist with additional food and beverage operations as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous restaurant, food service, beverage cart, banquet, catering, or hospitality experience is preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Friendly, energetic, and professional attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities. Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and processing transactions. Familiarity with POS systems is preferred. Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices is a plus. Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Dependable team player with strong attention to detail. Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.

Pay: $22.88 - $27.55 per hour
