Join us at Butte des Morts Country Club as a Bag Room attendant, where your enthusiasm and customer-focused attitude will help create memorable experiences for our members & their guests.
The Bag Room Attendant is responsible for providing friendly, professional service to members and guests while maintaining an organized, clean, and efficient bag room. This position assists with the handling, storage, transportation, and retrieval of golf bags, pull carts, and other golf-related equipment.
Duties
Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Receive, organize, store, and retrieve member and guest golf bags.
Ensure golf bags are returned to the correct location after play.
Assist members and guests with loading and unloading golf bags.
Maintain a clean, neat, and organized bag room and surrounding areas.
Clean and organize pull carts and other golf equipment.
Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service at all times.
Communicate any member concerns, equipment issues, or maintenance needs to the Golf Shop staff.
Assist with cart, range, or other golf operations duties.
Follow all club policies, safety procedures, and standards of service.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Golf Professional or Golf Shop.
Requirements
We will train on all aspects of position.
Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Ability to safely lift and carry golf bags and equipment.
Previous golf course or country club experience is preferred but not required.
Must be available to work flexible hours, mainly mornings, but some evenings and weekends may be available.
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
