We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Role Type : Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)
Compensation : $18.00 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing a safe, courteous transportation service for our residents and employees.
- Drives vehicle within the community and to and from employee offsite housing.
- Always maintains a safe driving record and practices safe driving techniques.
- Services vehicle with fuel, maintains a clean vehicle, and reports and coordinates vehicle maintenance needs to the Director of Safety and Access.
- Maintains a daily transportation log.
- Adheres to all policies and procedures.
- Reports on potential unsafe conditions to the Director of Safety and Access
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License.
- Experience in customer service environment.
- Must be knowledgeable of all safety precautions and comply with safety measures.
- Competence in organization, time management skills, and handling multiple priorities.
- Project a positive and professional image always.
