Golf Course Irrigation job at Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, United States. Hilton Head Island, SC. Job Description The Irrigation Technician monitors and waters Golf course on daily basis. He/she also repairs and maintains any and all pipes and sprinklers on the golf course. Without supervision, he/she works on diverse range of activities involved in irrigation maintenance and construction, does semi-skilled irrigation construction and maintenance work, and performs related tasks as required. Performs periodic general maintenance on irrigation systems within assigned areas. Cleans and adjusts sprinkler heads to ensure proper function and coverage and replaces or repairs broken equipment. Set and check timers/clocks to ensure proper operation and respond to any and all requests regarding irrigation in a timely manner. Be able to understand written and oral instruction. 1 year experience in landscaping or irrigation maintenance.
