The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or AA and 3–4 years related experience; you will supervise staff, plan maintenance, manage budgets, procure supplies, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Pay range is $55,000–$65,000 depending on experience, with healthcare, retirement benefits and PTO.
