Baltimore Country Club is looking for passionate and hardworking Cooks to join our Culinary Team. Whether you're experienced on the line, grill, pantry, or prep, you'll play a key role in creating flavorful, high-quality dishes that our members look forward to every day.

Tasks

Prepare menu items for lunch, dinner, holiday events, and special eventsFollow recipes and ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely executionMaintain a clean and organized workstation and uphold safe food-handling practicesWork carving stations, buffet lines, and service displays as neededSupport a strong, team-focused kitchen environment

REQUIREMENTS

Culinary experience in a fast-paced kitchenExperience in fine dining, buffets, grill stations, or display cooking preferredStrong work ethic, communication skills, and attention to detailAble to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen
