Grounds Maintenance Crew Member

Overview Join our dynamic Grounds Maintenance team and play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful, safe, and functional outdoor spaces. As a Grounds Maintenance Crew Member, you will be actively involved in a variety of landscaping, horticultural, and general maintenance tasks that keep our grounds pristine and inviting. This position offers an energetic environment where your skills in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and equipment operation will directly contribute to the aesthetic appeal and safety of our outdoor areas. Whether working on routine upkeep or special projects, you'll be part of a motivated team dedicated to excellence in grounds management. Responsibilities Maintain playing surfaces throughout the golf course Mow and care for greens, tees, fairways, and rough areas Prepare bunkers by raking, edging, and maintaining sand conditions Set daily course features including cups and tee markers Trim grass and maintain landscaped areas around the property Operate equipment such as riding mowers, string trimmers, and blowers Assist with irrigation inspections and basic maintenance tasks Help prepare the course for tournaments, outings, and special events Perform general grounds cleanup to ensure a high-quality appearance Qualifications Dependable attendance and strong attention to detail Ability to work outdoors year-round in various weather conditions Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing physical tasks throughout the day Willingness to learn and safely operate grounds maintenance equipment Previous golf course, landscaping, or groundskeeping experience is helpful but not required Availability for early morning work and rotating weekend shifts Must be authorized to work in the United States and successfully complete E-Verify requirements Interested applicants may apply through Indeed or stop by Indian Creek Golf Club to complete an application.
