NorthStone Country Club is seeking energetic, dependable team members who take pride in keeping beautiful spaces looking their best. This hands-on position helps maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and overall presentation of our clubhouse, grounds, athletic areas, and outdoor spaces.

What You’ll Do
Under the direction of the Facilities Director, you’ll assist with a variety of general property care and support tasks,
including:
Blowing leaves, grass clippings, and debris from sidewalks, patios, parking lots, and athletic areas.
Watering flowers, plants, shrubs, and decorative landscape areas.
Picking up trash and keeping outdoor spaces clean and inviting.
Sweeping walkways, entrances, patios, and common areas.
Emptying trash receptacles and refilling supplies throughout the property.
Cleaning outdoor furniture and helping keep gathering spaces presentable.
Setting up and breaking down tables, chairs, umbrellas, and event equipment.
Helping move furniture, supplies, equipment, and deliveries.
Cleaning storage areas, maintenance spaces, and work areas.
Washing windows, doors, and exterior surfaces as needed.
Assisting with pressure washing sidewalks, pool decks, patios, and building exteriors.
Helping with seasonal decorating and holiday displays.
Reporting items that may need repair or additional attention.
Assisting teammates wherever needed to keep the club looking exceptional.
Completing other duties as assigned by the Facilities Director.

Previous grounds, custodial, landscaping, or maintenance experience is helpful, but not required.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license preferred.
Ability to safely use basic hand tools, brooms, blowers, hoses, and other general equipment.
Must be able to follow safety procedures and directions.
Physical Requirements
This is an active position that includes:
Standing and walking for extended periods.
Bending, lifting, reaching, climbing, and repetitive movement.
Working in varying weather conditions.
Lifting and moving materials up to 50 pounds..
