The Director of Instruction at Raevo Golf & Country Club will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, modern golf instruction programme aligned with the standards of one of Russia’s most exclusive and refined private clubs. The role requires a PGA-qualified Professional who combines strong technical expertise and credibility as a player with a naturally outgoing, personable, and professional manner. The successful candidate will be confident working within an elite private club environment, comfortable engaging with a discerning international membership, and able to build genuine, trusted relationships through a friendly and approachable style. They will bring a passion for coaching and player development, utilise contemporary teaching technologies and methods, and take pride in helping members of all levels improve and enjoy their golf, while contributing to the welcoming yet highly professional culture that defines Raevo.

DIRECTOR OF INSTRUCTION POSITION OVERVIEW
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver personalised, world-class coaching to members of all skill levels, embodying Raevo’s signature 5-star standard of excellence.
Develop and lead structured coaching programmes, including elite performance pathways, junior development initiatives, and bespoke progression plans.
Harness cutting-edge teaching technologies and Raevo-exclusive innovations to create engaging, interactive, and measurable learning experiences.
Conduct specialised sessions in swing analysis, golf fitness, club fitting, and mental performance, providing members with holistic improvement strategies.
Demonstrate expert playing ability and technique, offering credible, hands-on guidance that inspires confidence and achievement.
Collaborate seamlessly with Golf Operations and Club management to align coaching with events, competitions, and the wider member journey.
Curate and deliver bespoke clinics, workshops, and family-focused experiences tailored to individual aspirations and lifestyles.
Monitor and analyse member progress, providing insightful reports and actionable recommendations that drive continuous improvement.
Maintain impeccably presented coaching environments, ensuring every facility, tool, and setting reflects the highest professional standards.
Lead and develop the coaching team, promoting excellence, consistency, and professional growth across the academy.
Stay at the forefront of coaching techniques, industry innovations, and performance technology to continually elevate instruction.
Enhance Raevo’s reputation for unrivalled excellence by delivering exceptional service and consistently exceeding member expectations.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Extensive experience delivering high-level coaching in premier, luxury golf environments.
Strong background in structured Golf Academy programmes and performance coaching for advanced and high-profile players.
Comfortable, professional, and discreet in private membership settings, including with UHNWI and international members.
Proficient with modern coaching technologies, data-driven performance tools, and Raevo’s proprietary systems.
Skilled at combining golf fitness, technical development, and club fitting into a cohesive, results-focused coaching approach.
Excellent playing ability, able to demonstrate techniques with clarity, authority, and precision.
Professional, approachable, and credible, able to engage members effectively while maintaining high standards of service.
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION
Fully PGA Qualified.
Dedicated to ongoing professional development, continually refining skills and embracing the latest coaching innovations.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
Highly competitive salary and coaching commissions along with accommodation and a car/fuel allowance.
