Pine Valley Golf Club is consistently ranked among the top golf courses in the U.S. and the world. Our dedicated maintenance team plays a key role in upholding these high standards. We’re looking for motivated, reliable, and hard-working individuals to join us and help maintain one of the most renowned courses in the game.
We are currently recruiting for two positions within our crew. Seasonal crew members who will work during the golf season at a minimum of 40 hours per week plus overtime operating on a 6 day per week schedule. The part-time position will also work during the golf season at a maximum of 30 hours per week or less with a flexible schedule.
What You’ll Do
As a member of our Golf Course Maintenance Department, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in areas essential to course upkeep, including but not limited to:
• Daily mowing of fairways, greens, and roughs
• Bunker and landscape maintenance
• Native area care and improvement projects
• Moisture management and irrigation support
No prior golf course or landscaping experience is required—we provide full training.

• Ability to walk or stand for multiple hours
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to operate machinery safely
