We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced, hospitality‑focused organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.Key Responsibilities Assist with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area and parking lotAssist in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outingsProvide sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaningMaintain the cart staging area in a neat and orderly fashion, including the podium and bag drop areaMaintain the cart storage area and cart wash down area in a neat, clean and orderly conditionPrepare golf carts for play following the standards of TroonAssist in educating players regarding course policy, current cart policy, speed of play and so forthAssist players by changing their golf spikes if neededPerform range maintenance such as presenting practice facility with practice balls, bag stands, den caddies and/or ball pyramids, and maintaining ball inventory over the course of the dayDirect start of play when necessaryMaintain accurate records of golfers renting clubsService customers who are renting golf clubs and clean rental clubs upon returnAssist with food and beverage activitiesClean golfers' clubs upon completion of playIncorporate safe work practices in job performancePerform other duties as requiredMinimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED; and six months to one year of customer service experience or trainingOther QualificationsRegular and reliable attendanceAbout TroonFounded in 1990 and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Troon is the world's largest professional club management company, specializing in services in golf, hospitality, and residential communities.
