Job Description Job Description Job Summary: Responsible for providing food and beverages to players on the course, in addition to various requests from the Clubhouse that golfers may need during their round. Members should receive professional, prompt and friendly service throughout their golf round. Job Tasks and Duties: Includes, but, not limited to: Clock in on time. Follow proper procedures for bad weather conditions Must be in clean, neat uniform Perform daily opening and closing inventory. Must check with F& B Manager before leaving the property. Maintain an inventory sheet that reflects daily sales. Check expiration dates on food and beverage products in beverage cart storeroom. Confirm cart is fully operational before starting rounds. Park and hose down cart at the end of the shift. Carts must be kept clean at all times. Must have knowledge of proper golf course etiquette. Serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with Florida Law. Keep beer coolers and snack boxes clean and organized. Must be available to work on major holidays. Follow all Safety guidelines. We comply with the HFWA Sick Pay Requirements for all employees.
