Intern - Golf Course Maintenance

Kohler Co. is seeking an enthusiastic Intern - Golf Course Maintenance to join our team in Kohler, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working individual with an interest in golf course maintenance operations. They must have a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a minimum of two years of experience in a related field. They should possess a valid driver’s license and a commitment to safety. A background in agronomy is preferred but not required. If you are passionate about golf course maintenance and eager to learn, we want to hear from you!\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nAssist with the day-to-day operations of golf course maintenance, including mowing, fertilizing, and aerating. Adhere to safety protocols at all times. Follow instructions from golf course maintenance supervisors and other staff. Assist with the installation of irrigation systems. Monitor golf course for pests and other issues that may arise. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Utilize agronomic practices to ensure optimal playing conditions. Utilize hand tools and equipment to maintain golf courses. Maintain accurate records of golf course maintenance activities. Perform any other duties as assigned.
