Our agronomy team is committed to maintaining high-quality playing conditions through daily attention to detail, consistency, and pride in the golf course.Position OverviewThe Grounds Maintenance Laborer is responsible for supporting the daily maintenance and upkeep of the golf course and surrounding property. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in a team-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily golf course maintenance tasks including mowing greens, tees, fairways, and roughAssist with course setup, including changing cups, setting tee markers, and maintaining course presentationOperate and maintain small equipment such as string trimmers, blowers, and utility vehiclesRake bunkers and maintain sand conditionsAssist with divot repair and general turf maintenancePerform landscape maintenance including trimming, edging, and general cleanupAssist with irrigation system operation and basic repairs as directedMaintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance facility and equipmentFollow all safety procedures when operating equipment and handling materialsSupport tournament and special event course setupUphold golf standards of course conditions, professionalism, and teamworkQualificationsPrevious landscaping or golf course maintenance experience preferred but not requiredStrong work ethic and reliabilityAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 lbsWillingness to learn and take direction from supervisorsTeam-oriented attitude with attention to detailAvailability for early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays
