About the role

Assistant Superintendent Would you like to work at a Top 10 Virginia golf course, one of the Top 10 country clubs in the nation, and one of the Top Workplaces in Richmond, VA? Does a club-wide operating budget of $54 million sound like a stable environment? If the answer is yes, The Country Club of Virginia is currently seeking an Assistant Superintendent for our James River and Westhampton Courses.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about advancing their careers and developing the skills needed to become successful Superintendents. Assistant Superintendents will have the opportunity to be hands-on in every aspect of golf course management. Qualified candidates will help plan and monitor all maintenance activities and expenses associated with golf course operations including supplies, chemicals, and fertilizers.
